In Qatar, PA designed a dual-language online self-assessment and improvement tool for schools that gives them the ability to assess their level of e-maturity and shows them how to improve it in line with the country’s overall e-Education strategy

• bolster national security. We transformed border security for Saudi Arabia through the introduction of the world’s largest and most sophisticated border control system, using identity management and biometrics

• reform and modernise their businesses. We delivered a three-year sustainable strategy for the Ministry of Interior (MOI ) which included a competency framework, resource planning model and a high-potential and leadership framework

• reform and improve their operations. We provided strategic and operational support, including performance and programme management, for the Abu Dhabi Police

• create the right organisational framework and improve efficiency.  We helped deliver a new HR service model at Emirates NBD, the largest banking group in the region.
