"I feel grateful that I have been able to work part time in an interesting role whilst managing a busy family. I still find my work challenging and enjoyable and I value what I have gained and how I have grown at PA.”

Clare Roberts, expert in people and organisational change consulting

Working in a flexible environment

PA Consulting Group recognises the benefits of flexible working, and thus is actively committed to supporting those who wish to work flexibly wherever practicable.

All staff have the right to request flexible working and PA goes beyond its statutory requirements by ensuring that all employees, not just parents of children of a certain age, can request a flexible working arrangement. This right applies to all employees regardless of their length of service or gender and some employees wish to introduce increased flexibility for a limited period.  For example, a number of our staff (male and female) have found it helpful to work part-time for periods of their career and PA are always open to supporting our staff in whatever way we can.

Career breaks

At PA, we recognise that longer breaks are sometimes required to fulfil your dreams, and we like to provide the opportunity for either additional study or travel. We support this through the option to request a sabbatical for up to six months or a one year study break after two years with PA.
