Our people have risen to the challenges of 2011, guiding clients through a business landscape that has changed significantly. As we enter 2012, we are well placed to be the firm of choice for both clients and the most talented people in our industry.

PA remains a place in which talented people thrive. We deliver the highest level of client service and, through our work, develop the business leaders of the future. This is reflected not only in our commitment to grow the people within our own firm, but also in the way that we support our clients by working alongside them, transferring skills and knowledge.

Our focus throughout the year was to ensure that we have in place the right people with the right skills to deliver great work for our clients. We continued to provide excellent opportunities for our people to grow and develop these skills, running more than 300 training courses in 2011, and around 260 ‘Bitesize’ training sessions around the world on topics chosen by PA people. Our training programmes focused on winning new business, commercial rigour, developing expertise in key services and achieving the professional accreditations that our clients expect of us.
