The Shrivenham Defence Acquisition Workshops provide a unique and confidential forum during which delegates discuss and debate the key challenges in defence acquisition and subsequently recommend positive and practical actions to address key issues. The workshops are attended by over 100 senior influencers and decision-makers from across the defence community.
PA Consulting Group, the UK MOD and BAE Systems have worked together since 2005 to design and facilitate the workshops including initial scope; shaping the agenda; structuring the workshops to ensure high quality debate and outcomes; producing outputs; and managing actions.
The 2010 Shrivenham Acquisition Workshop builds on the previous events which have significantly helped to shape defence acquisition and to foster a 'Team Defence' ethos.
