PA Consulting Group helped ING Investment Management to set up a new business model and organisation to service institutional clients. The structure had to be built from a number of existing ING businesses and a new acquisition. Our client was able to make a well informed decision about the integration strategy, timing and tactics, and how to maximise value creation from different scenarios. The new organisation was successfully launched 4 months after start of the programme.
