British Petroleum (BP) sought to optimise its performance through a new leadership development program which supported BP’s strategic priorities of safety, people and performance.
BP’s Leadership Development and Learning team enlisted PA to establish and promote the program to all 20,000 managers. PA worked closely with the BP team to: develop the identity of the programme; manage the delivery of all programme communications; work closely with senior level stakeholders across the business, for example, VPs and Group Leaders; deliver specific programme communication tools, for example the programme website; track and measure the return on investment (ROI) as well as develop the programme performance reporting structure.
Since its launch, the identity and supporting communications for this particular programme has proved so popular that all global and cross-BP future development learning and talent programmes have been re-housed under it - a process which PA managed.
