Southampton City Council (SCC) engaged PA Conulting Group to help secure a private sector strategic services partner to help transform a broad range of support functions such as Customer Services, HR and Payroll, Local Taxation and Benefits, ICT, Procurement and Property Services.

PA advised SCC in the planning and selection of a strategic services partner and throughout the process provided tactical guidance. PA equipped the client team with the skills necessary to manage bidder engagements and run competitive negotiations
