Future of product development processes: summary from PA's symposium

The group came from a range of industry sectors and had a wide range of challenges. In conjunction with the University of Cambridge, the gathering was suggested and led by the global technology practice of PA Consulting Group (PA), whose people work across many industries and on the most challenging of projects.

The executive summary sets out an overview of the findings of the cross-industry group, focusing primarily on sharing learning around the existing challenges faced when implementing best practice. A series of future papers will look at how drivers for change will affect best practice and what product development processes
might look like in the future.
