To develop this thinking further, PA Consulting Group and the University of Cambridge Engineering Design Centre (EDC) recently organised a product  development symposium - see introductory video top right.  The objective of the symposium was to create a short-term best practice and a view of a longer-term process which may have radically new elements. Our outputs will include new process roadmaps and a white paper report.
