Att leda i förändring (report in Swedish)

The survey ”Att leda i förändring” which is based on interviews with almost 30 top public sector leaders, addresses the issues most pressing to Swedish director-generals. The report concludes that Sweden's public organisations often lack a clear vision as well as the incentives and structures needed to promote change. It also contains an international outlook and includes PA's top ten recommendations for public leaders who are facing these challenges.
